These terms govern the relationship between GingerCopywriter (Auto-entrepreneur, SIRET 89234567800012, "the Studio") and the individual or entity placing an order ("the Client").
The Studio provides digital SEO services: SEO audits, local SEO for French markets, international SEO, technical SEO reviews, SEO copywriting, and SEO training workshops. All services are delivered digitally. Detailed descriptions are available on each service page.
An order is placed when the Client selects a service via the package builder, completes the checkout form, and completes payment via Stripe. The order is confirmed upon receipt of the Stripe payment confirmation. Work does not begin until the project brief template has been returned by the Client.
All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and exclude French TVA (20%). TVA is applied to French-domiciled clients. EU clients with a valid VAT number may apply the reverse charge mechanism. Prices are fixed before work begins and confirmed in the order confirmation email.
Delivery timelines begin from the date the completed project brief template is received, not from the payment date. Timelines per service are shown on the relevant service page and pricing page. Timelines are business days and may be extended if the brief requires clarification.
One revision round is included per project. A revision is a set of comments addressing accuracy against the agreed brief. A direction change, scope expansion, or request that goes beyond the brief constitutes a new project and is quoted separately.
On receipt of final payment, the Client receives full commercial rights to the deliverables. The Studio retains the right to reference the project type and scope in portfolio materials, without disclosing confidential Client information.
The Studio treats all Client information, site credentials, and project details as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties other than as required to deliver the service (e.g., Google Search Console access).
The Studio\'s liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fee paid for that specific project. The Studio does not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic outcomes, as these are determined by third-party platforms outside the Studio\'s control.
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the department of Var, France.
