GingerCopywriter operates a clear refund policy for all digital SEO services.
A full refund is available if the Client cancels before returning the project brief template. To request a refund at this stage, email hello@gingercopywriter.com with your order reference. Refunds are processed within 5 business days via Stripe.
Once the Client has returned the project brief template and work has commenced, the order is non-refundable. This reflects the immediate allocation of professional time and resources to the project.
If a deliverable substantially fails to meet the agreed brief, the Studio will revise it at no additional charge within the included revision round. If a satisfactory revision is not possible and the failure is attributable to the Studio, a partial refund may be agreed at the Studio\'s discretion.
Duplicate charges are always refunded in full. Contact hello@gingercopywriter.com immediately if you believe you have been charged twice. Resolution within 2 business days.
For clients based in the EU acting as consumers: where the right of withdrawal under European consumer law would apply to this type of digital service, the right is waived by expressly requesting commencement of the service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. By submitting the project brief template, the Client expressly requests commencement of the service.
